Women in Digital Switzerland was founded by Taïssa Thierry Chaves on LinkedIn in 2014. After the community had grown exponentially for three years, the association was officially co-founded in 2016 by Taïssa Thierry Chaves, Kelly Hungerford, and Natacha Gajdoczki. Today, Women in Digital Switzerland is led by Dr. Andrea Rubik and the WDS Executive Leadership Team.

Our community initiatives promote the advancement of women working in marketing, innovation, emerging technologies and transformation. We empower and support women through networking, career discussions, expert led sessions and classes.
We also participate in partnership programmes that make digital skilling and leadership projects accessible.
