Marion is the co-founder & Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Alpian Bank and co-founder of the SheWealth Collective, dedicated to empowering women in finance. She holds an Executive MBA from IMD and several certifications, including Sustainable Finance from the University of Cambridge. With over two decades of experience in digital transformation and project management in wealth management and private equity, Marion is committed to making finance accessible and understandable.

Nathalie Berli, Founder and CEO of IGère SA

Nathalie is the Founder and CEO of IGère SA, a company active in the Swiss real estate/Proptech sector that developed a digital solution dedicated to improve co-owned properties’ management. Nathalie is a self-made Woman in both real estate and tech fields and is committed to show other women that “not being an expert shouldn’t be an obstacle to build your dream job!” Holding an MBA and with more than 15 years experience in strategy and project management in multinationals, Nathalie wishes to encourage women to take the entrepreneurial leap!

Vassilina Walford, Founder of PaymentVibes, boutique payment consultancy.

Vassilina is a seasoned former Head of Payments in luxury retail, now turned entrepreneur, Vassilina is blending 20+ years of international experience in retail and payment industries to support leading brands to drive conversion, loyalty, operational efficiency, and profitability with payment innovation. Anne Mühlethaler, Founder and Director, Le Trente

Anne is a transformational facilitator, story architect, and Loving Kindness teacher. As founder of Le Trente, she helps people and teams reconnect with purpose and express their true story. Drawing on 17 years at Christian Louboutin, she blends strategy, contemplation, and storytelling to guide others from fragmentation to wholeness through her programs, workshops, and podcast Out of the Clouds.

Nadia Mojahed, Digital SEO Consultant- Founder of SEO Transformer Nadia is the Geneva Chapter Lead. She does this because she believes in the importance of knowledge sharing and women empowerment. For more than 13 years, she helps international and local businesses grow online through Digital Marketing & SEO Expert Geeks. Jeannette grew up in Dublin and moved to Paris at 20, later working across Germany, London, and Switzerland. She held marketing roles at top Fortune 500 companies like Johnson & Johnson, Kraft/Mondelez, Gillette, and P&G, gaining deep insight into brand building and client-agency collaboration. This led her to agency work, consulting with Nestlé on Amazon and eRetailer strategy, and with Merkle-Dentsu in the consumer and luxury space. A WDS member and volunteer for five years, she’s passionate about the power of networks to foster positive, connected communities.
