About the event

Cybersecurity still has a reputation as a man’s world. Many women who are thriving in this high stakes field learned quietly, proved themselves twice, and kept going, often behind the scenes. It is time to change that!

In this virtual panel discussion hosted by Women in Digital Switzerland, we spot light three women who are paving the way forward. We open this important conversation about what it really takes to start, grow, and thrive in cybersecurity and why cybersecurity is an essential part of any business today.

Anastasiia Vollmar, Head of Marketing & Operations at the Swiss Cyber Institute, will shares insights on education and training paths that help women enter the field and why the gender gap persists. Joining her are two powerhouse women who are at the top of their game: Tana Dubel, CISO at Logitech, and Christine Fahlberg, CISO at Swisscard. Tana and Christine will speak openly about how they found their way into this male dominated field, and the lessons they learned along the way. They share what helped them grow into leadership roles and what advice they would give to women ready to start but unsure where to begin.

Expect an honest conversation about doubts, opportunities, resilience, and the power of role models, and leave with the clarity and courage to build your own path in cybersecurity.
