Tuiana Khoroshevskaia, Cybersecurity Key Account Manager
Tuiana is a Cybersecurity Key Account Manager and mentor with more than 14 years of international IT experience at Ontinue, Microsoft and IBM. Combining deep expertise in cybersecurity, customer success and strategic sales with a few tricks borrowed from her adventurous life, she brings complex topics to life with energy, clarity and a healthy dose of humour.
Darja Gartner, Senior Service Designer & Design Strategist
Darja is a senior service designer and strategist at Liip, a Swiss digital agency. With more than 20 years of experience, she helps teams untangle organisational complexity and create clearer, more human services. She holds a master’s degree from ENSCI - Les Ateliers in Paris and a BSc in Graphic Design and Print Technology from the University of Ljubljana. She also teaches designers and innovators at HES-SO’s Innokick master’s programme.
Outside work, you will most likely find her in a local coffee shop, out in the mountains or looking after someone’s dog.
Elmira Gazizova, AI Adoption Lead
Elmira Gazizova is an AI Adoption Lead at keyIT SA, helping organizations to turn AI from a technology initiative into measurable business value. Coming from a non-technical educational background, she built her career at the intersection of business, innovation, and technology, demonstrating that curiosity, continuous learning, and leadership can open unexpected paths into the digital world.
Mira El-Kamali, Data Scientist and Senior Researcher at SCAI (HEIA-FR)Mira is a Data Scientist at KeyIT SA and a Senior Researcher at SCAI (HEIA-FR), Mira is a Data Scientist at KeyIT SA and a Senior Researcher at SCAI (HEIA-FR), focusing on developing technologies that prioritize human-centered approaches. Mira has a PhD in Computer Science, specializing in conversational agents for coaching in various domains. She also hold a Master in Computer Engineering. Her research interests revolve around conversational agents and AI for human wellbeing.
Elisa Usai, Database Team Manager
Elisa is a delivery manager and database expert with over 20 years of experience in IT. Originally from Italy and now based in Switzerland, she combines deep technical expertise (working with technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL) with leadership and a passion for people, sharing, learning, and continuous growth. Elisa is also an advocate for women in technology, mentoring through Swiss TecLadies and speaking at conferences not only with technical content but also about gender stereotypes, diversity, and the importance of creating more inclusive tech communities. Her message is simple: trust yourself, stay curious, and dare to step outside your comfort zone.
