Thyda Hausheer, Senior Engagement Manager, Databricks

Thyda is a Senior Engagement Manager at Databricks, specializing in Cloud, Data & AI, and Strategic Initiatives. With 20 years of experience across multinational corporations such as Societe Generale Investment Bank, PwC, Standard Chartered Bank, Accenture, AWS, and Google, she has worked in Paris, London, New York, Singapore, and now Zurich. Thyda is passionate about Digital Transformation Programs, Operational Excellence, and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.


Florbela Viegas, Site Reliability Director, Nvidia

Florbela is currently a Site Reliability Director at Nvidia. Since coming to Switzerland in 2006 she has

worked with large scale distributed systems at CERN as a Database Admin for the Atlas experiment.

She moved to the financial industry where her love of Reliability took her to Google as a Commerce

Site Reliability Director. Currently she is in charge of Omniverse Reliability, where Robotic and Autonomous

vehicles are trained in realistic simulation environments.


Koert Breebaart, Regional Vice President, Head of Value Advisory SAP MEE

Koert is a leader in Value Management and Business Transformation — a facilitator, innovator, systems thinker, design thinker, corporate strategist, storyteller, author, and film director.


Dana Rollinger, Executive Career Strategist

Dana Rollinger is an Executive career strategist with over a decade of experience in various Talent acquisition areas globally. She currently serves as Executive Talent Acquisition Partner at a large healthcare corporation and is dedicated to connecting top leadership talent with meaningful opportunities in pharmaceutical industry. Her experience in executive search and talent acquisition spans across healthcare, life sciences, financial services, media, and technology. Dana specializes in strategic talent planning, sourcing, and employer branding. Passionate about the developing new technology and digital landscape, Dana is also a firm believer in the power of remaining human and leading with kindness. She believes the recipe to success is in fostering inclusive workplace cultures and building genuine human connections across regions and industries.


Grazia Frontoso, Head of Field Engineering, Databricks

Dr. Maria Grazia Frontoso is Head of Field Engineering at Databricks covering Switzerland, Austria and Eastern Europe. She leads a high performing team who empowers strategic customers in their digital transformation to unlock the value of their data through AI and machine learning. Prior to Databricks, she worked in Google Cloud as Presales Engineering Manager and for Moodys as Product Manager. She recently pursued professional coaching training and she integrates coaching techniques into her leadership approach fostering a growth mindset within her team, her colleagues and her customers. Developing a new generation of leaders is one of her core interests. She holds a PhD in Physics and is passionate about the transformational power of technology.


Sarah Meier, DEI Lead, SIX & Founder, parents@work

Sarah has 20+ years of experience in global organizations on topics such as Organizational Culture and Strategic Marketing. She has just recently returned to corporate after 10 years as an entrepreneur and currently leads Diversity, Equity and Inclusion globally for SIX. As a working mom, she has first-hand knowledge of the challenges parents face daily in combining work and family, which led to her founding parents@work. As an entrepreneur she learnt to embrace sales and networking, and today she uses these skills to not only position herself in the job market, but to empower other women in her organization to increase their visibility and own their careers.
