As Head of Corporate Affairs & Engagement since 2024, Effie leads L'Oréal Switzerland's communication and public affairs strategies. A key member of the Swiss leadership team, she drives strategic internal and external communications, solidifying L'Oréal Switzerland's position as the global beauty and cosmetics leader. Her remit encompasses developing and executing high-impact communication strategies, fostering employee engagement, navigating public affairs, and cultivating vital relationships with media, institutions, and associations. Orchestrating L'Oréal Switzerland's strategic external communications, Effie maximizes impact and engagement with key stakeholders. She also spearheads the "For Women in Science" initiative and other strategic corporate affairs programs. Prior to L'Oréal, Effie served as Global Head of External Engagement at Philip Morris International (2021-2023). Her extensive experience includes communication and public affairs leadership roles at Colgate-Palmolive (2013-2021), where she held regional responsibility for Europe and Africa/Eurasia. She began her international career as Country Public Affairs Manager at Abbott (2006-2012).

Valerie is a seasoned digital marketing leader with a passion for driving innovation and building strong brands.
Currently serving as Chief Digital Officer at L'Oréal DACH, Valerie's career spans top FMCG companies including Coca-Cola and Anheuser-Busch InBev, where she spearheaded digital transformation initiatives and oversaw marketing strategies across national and international markets. Her expertise lies in navigating the complexities of the digital landscape to create impactful consumer connections.
Dr. Andrea Rubik, President, Women in Digital Switzerland; Co-Founder, Resyfy AI
Dr. Andrea blends seasoned expertise in marketing and leadership, having worked with some of the Global500 brands, companies, and startups. Her PhD research on change management and innovation inspired her to build careerOS and founded Resyfy. Andrea is an extraordinary change-maker whose impact extends beyond marketing and business. As President of Women in Digital Switzerland, she champions a community of forward-thinking leaders in the Swiss digital economy. Her expertise in marketing and technology frequently puts her on the stage to inspire discussions on marketing, AI-powered innovations, web3, and women in tech. Her experience spans tech platforms, agencies, and brands, encompassing global team leadership and multi-regional strategies. Combining data-driven marketing with her Ph.D. in change management, Andrea delivers impactful results. She is the President of Women in Digital Switzerland, a published contributor, and a recognized speaker, with frameworks featured by Reforge and a Women in Marketing Global Award.
