Federica is an Executive “HR Director” with +15Y experience in complex multinational companies, including Whirlpool, Michael Kors, Hugo Boss, Investindustrial and Dsquared2. Now leading her own HR Advisory firm, FFZADVISORY.

Born in Ticino into an international family, she brings both local and global mindset and a strategic perspective to people and organizational development.
