Cindy Candrian, Co-founder of Delta Labs

Cindy is a tech entrepreneur and expert at the intersection of AI, human factors, and data science. Driven by a passion for how technology and human psychology connect, she began her entrepreneurial journey during her studies at the University of Zurich, co-founding a private aviation company before pursuing a PhD focused on human-robot interaction. Today, Cindy is the co-founder of Delta Labs AG, where she bridges the gap between cutting-edge research and practical innovation. Her company specializes in hybrid intelligence, developing tailored AI solutions that optimize decision-making and give businesses a competitive edge.
