Dr. Andrea Rubik, president of Women in Digital Switzerland, marketing at yeekatee, and co-founder of Resyfy, is a seasoned marketing strategist, tech marketing Leader, and growth scientist with experience in building brands and products and working at the intersection of marketing, strategy, and business development.​ Currently, Andrea works with SaaS and technology companies on growth marketing at the intersection of product, marcom, content, and data, which involves brand and digital marketing, demand generation, customer acquisition, and monetization.

Evelyn Mastalier, with over 9 years of corporate experience, holding a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. Through contact with many different people and cultures, Evelyn became more and more interested in people, their behavior, skills, limitations and motivation.   This led her to not only become a technology-oriented Headhunter 5 years ago, working for Robert Walters Group, an international Recruitment Consultancy, but also to complete a 3-year`s psychological-therapeutic education, anchored in humanistic psychology.

Laura Aldape,  is an experienced coach, in-house trainer, and keynote speaker on the topic of Emotional Intelligence. In 2018 she founded Emotions at Work with the goal of translating Employee Development Practices, rooted in emotional competences, into enhanced Employee Engagement, Company Profitability, and Growth. With over 17 years of experience, she has developed training practices and techniques based on her Ph.D. research in behavioral economics. Her research demonstrates that soft skills such as active listening, empathy, and problem-solving, among others, can provide individuals with a competitive advantage in both life and the workplace, primarily in terms of engagement. She is passionate about helping professionals thrive by unlocking their full potential and enhancing their impact through the recognition and development of their emotional intelligence skills. Currently, Laura serves as a Director and People Leader in R&D at Sonova Group. She holds a Ph.D. in Behavioral Economics from UZH and is a Certified Emotional Intelligence Professional. Laura is also a writer on topics related to economic behavior. Her newest publication, 'Optical Emotions: How Your Perspective Impacts Your Emotions & How To Upgrade It with Emotional Intelligence Techniques,' is set to be launched in February 2024.

Sue Jones joined Digital Realty in May 2017 and is currently Senior Vice President, Global Marketing. Over the past 25 years, Sue has worked in senior global marketing, brand and communications positions with large corporate businesses such as IBM and Orange Business Services, as well as with smaller national organizations. She has been instrumental in ensuring that the marketing programs played their part in delivering successful business strategies – from exceeding financial and growth targets and significantly improving brand reputation to employee motivation and change management programs. Sue is very passionate about DEI and is involved in the company’s Women’s Leadership Forum. She is also a co-founder of the EMEA Chapter of the external Women’s Tech Forum, working alongside colleagues from across the tech industry to bring women together in an environment where they can learn from each other and grow.
