Dr. Andrea Rubik blends seasoned expertise in marketing and leadership, having worked with some of the Global500 brands, companies, and startups. Her PhD research on change management and innovation inspired her to build careerOS and founded Resyfy. Andrea is an extraordinary change-maker whose impact extends beyond marketing and business. As President of Women in Digital Switzerland, she champions a community of forward-thinking leaders in the Swiss digital economy. Her expertise in marketing and technology frequently puts her on the stage to inspire discussions on marketing, AI-powered innovations, web3, and women in tech.

Dr. Laura Aldape is a dedicated Emotional Intelligence coach driven by her passion for empowering people to realize their full potential through the development of emotional intelligence (EI) skills. Her approach is deeply grounded in her Ph.D. research in behavioral economics (University of Zurich), which highlights the pivotal role of soft skills in providing individuals with a competitive edge in their personal lives and professional careers. With a wealth of experience as a coach, in-house trainer, and international speaker in English and Spanish, Laura is committed to sharing her techniques to enable people to break free from their outdated mental models by honing their EI abilities.
