Speakers:

Florian Anderhub, Chief Vision Officer at Ander Group

Florian is the Chief Vision Officer of Ander Group. An entrepreneur since 2000, he founded Ander Group in 2006 to bridge the gap between creativity, technology, and strategy, supporting companies in their evolution and digital transformation journey. With over twenty years of experience in the industry, he continues to set the direction for a future where branding, performance, and digital are not separate elements but an integrated ecosystem that ensures companies a lasting competitive advantage.

Alban Lefebvre, Senior Software Engineer at Bloomberg

Alban is a Senior Software Engineer at Bloomberg, where he has worked since 2012, first in New York City and now in Lugano, Ticino. During the course of his career, Alban has worked in many different fields of computer science: medical imaging, compliance, messaging software, financial portfolio management, and operating system infrastructure. Throughout his time at Bloomberg, he deliberately chose to stay technical and not go into managerial roles. This didn't stop the company from offering him the opportunity to scale up his career in other ways. As a non-manager, Alban participates in many programs (both technical and non-technical) where he has been able to use leadership without authority to improve things at a department-wide or company level, while also focusing on making these programs more inclusive.

Chiara Calabrese, Software Engineering Team Leader at Bloomberg

Chiara is a Software Engineering Team Leader at Bloomberg, where she has worked since 2016, first in the company's EMEA headquarters in London and now in Lugano, Ticino. Throughout her 10 years of experience, she has crafted and delivered robust software solutions, while successfully navigating multiple team dynamics and helping to shape the firm's inclusive workplace -- all the while honing her ability to foster collaboration and drive results. Chiara and her team focus on complex, cross-functional technical projects involving numerous teams and stakeholders, with the goal of building a modern and highly reliable portfolio management solution. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, mentoring engineers, and championing technical excellence.

Eleonora Goia, Ticino Hub Community Lead at Accenture

Eleonora is a business leader with over 30 years of experience in Marketing, Commerce and Business Transformation, shaping success for global brands such as Fiat Stellantis (Head of Group Intranet), Prada Group (Global Head of Digital and Commerce), and Le Creuset Group (Global Head of Digital). Known for driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence, Eleonora has recently brought her expertise to Accenture Lugano, where she collaborates with clients across Retail, Luxury, Media and Consumer Goods in a Client Account role. Guided by a deep belief in "walking in the client’s shoes", she is currently involved in multiple programs to leverage GenAI, ensuring that every initiative is rooted in creating tangible value for the Client.
