Adelheid is a global business transformation leader with extensive experience in driving digital innovation and systemic change. As Co-Founder and Digital Lead at Holcim MAQER Ventures, she has led the company’s open innovation strategy, engaging with startups across 60+ markets and securing over 15 venture capital investments. Known for her creative, unconventional approach, Adelheid has transformed businesses by leveraging technology and human potential to drive growth and efficiency. She also serves as VP of Women in Digital Switzerland, where she champions diversity and inclusion. At the "I Am A Changemaker" event, Adelheid will explore how bold leadership and innovation can empower individuals to drive systemic change in their organizations and communities.

Sonia Moscatelli-Diwane, CFO eBay Global Advertising

Sonia is an experienced finance executive with nearly 20 years of experience working in the tech industry, currently serving as CFO eBay Global Advertising. During more than a decade with eBay, she’s held a variety of senior roles across financial planning, business performance, and controllership in both the EMEA region and globally. Prior to her time at eBay, Sonia spent nearly a decade at PwC audit practice, where she specialized in large multinationals and the technology sector. Sonia holds a Master’s in Management from Edhec Business School in France and is a licensed CPA.


Doris Rogger, Head of Mobile at Zühlke Group

Doris is Head of Mobile and has built up Zühlke's mobile capabilities over the past years. She leads a large digital experience team and as Regional Director, she represented Zühlke in the Espace region in recent months. In addition, Doris is strongly involved in Zühlke's "Women Who Impact" Employee Resource Group, where she advocates for gender equality and supports the advancement of women in tech.

Her PhD research on change management and innovation inspired her to build careerOS and founded Resyfy. Andrea is an extraordinary change-maker whose impact extends beyond marketing and business. As President of Women in Digital Switzerland, she champions a community of forward-thinking leaders in the Swiss digital economy. Her expertise in marketing and technology frequently puts her on the stage to inspire discussions on marketing, AI-powered innovations, web3, and women in tech.


Francesca Di Nora, Head of Growth and Marketing International Markets Expansion at eBay

Francesca has been immersed in the dynamic field of International Markets Expansion at eBay for the past 3.5 years. Her team, spread across four countries, takes pride in delighting buyers from over 150 countries and expanding eBay’s presence beyond the seven managed markets. She relocated to Switzerland nearly four years ago with her family, but her roots are Italian. Her journey with eBay began 11 years ago in Milan within the classifieds business unit. In her final role there, she had the honour of leading marketing and communications for the two classified platforms, kijiji.it and automobile.it. Francesca career has spanned various roles in marketing, strategy, and business development. Currently, her role in IME is a thrilling rollercoaster of learning opportunities.
