Meet Our Geneva Chapter Leaders

Nadia Mojahed, Digital SEO Consultant- Founder of SEO Transformer 

Nadia is a Senior SEO and AI Optimization Expert, and the founder of SEO Transformer, a digital marketing agency based in Geneva. She helps Swiss and international brands achieve measurable growth and ROI through SEO, GEO, ads, and digital marketing strategies. Nadia is also the Chapter Lead for Geneva, driven by her belief in the importance of knowledge sharing and women’s empowerment. In addition, she is a mentor for the Women in Tech SEO Community, a lecturer at the Swiss School of Business and Management, and an Ambassador for Google Women Techmakers. In 2022, she was featured by Girls in Tech as one of the top women in tech to follow in Switzerland.

Lila Bartkovic, Career Designer, Founder of Self Design Studio

Lila is a Career Designer with a background spanning marketing, UX/UI design, and brand strategy. Holding certifications in UI design and brand strategy, she has navigated multiple successful career transitions herself, evolving from corporate marketing to design expertise to strategic consulting before founding Self Design Studio. Lila's career has been defined by strategic reinvention, applying design thinking and business frameworks to professional transformation challenges. This journey fuels her passion for helping accomplished women move beyond traditional career advancement to design work that reflects their authentic values and vision. She serves as Chapter Lead for WDS Geneva, supporting the professional development of women in the digital industry.
