About the event
The future of the Swiss digital economy depends on innovation—and innovation thrives when diverse minds come together.
We believe that it is important to create workplaces where every individual can bring their best self to the table. That is the reason why we are turning the spotlight on neurodiversity—an often-overlooked dimension of diversity that embraces natural variations in how people think, learn, and process information. Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other cognitive differences are not barriers—they’re powerful assets when given the right environment to shine.
We are bringing together thought leaders, entrepreneurs, researchers, and professionals with lived experience to highlight the intersection of neurodiversity and innovation.
Together, we will discuss the challenges neurodivergent individuals face in education and workplaces, the barriers that must be broken, and the opportunities that emerge when organizations embrace inclusive practices.
With at least 15-20% of people worldwide being neurodivergent, it is not a niche issue— it’s part of our reality. By fostering inclusive hiring practices, workplace adaptations, and accessible design, we can unlock untapped potential and create cultures where neurodivergent talent not only belongs, but thrives.
