A graduate of several programs at the Swiss Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training, he has over 20 years of experience in both business and continuing education. He is the founder of On Future, an innovative institute dedicated to lifelong learning for professionals, and has trained more than 7,000 people. A pioneer in the integration of emerging technologies, Frédéric designed the first training programs in Switzerland on artificial intelligence and blockchain for managers. He is also the co-founder of Web4connect, an international reference event in the Web3 space. His educational approach is rooted in innovation, personalized support, and anticipating changes in the job market.
