Jonas Honegger, Head of Retail Sales, V-ZUG
Jonas is a business executive with over 13 years of experience developing and executing international growth strategies. He thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about enabling diverse teams with an entrepreneurial “can-do” attitude. He never compromises on his core values of equal positive impact on people, profit & planet.
Jelena Laketić, Distinguished Engineer, Thomson Reuters
Jelena Laketić is an executive technology leader with 25 years of experience scaling engineering organisations, building quality products, and driving innovation in global enterprises. She currently serves as Distinguished Engineer at Thomson Reuters, where she founded the Distinguished Engineer Program and leads strategic initiatives, including the adoption of AI-powered developer tools and a global AI hackathon. Previously, Jelena spent 15 years at UBS, where she refined her technical, organisational, and leadership expertise. Beyond technology, Jelena is passionate about empowering young minds and women’s empowerment, regardless of industry.
Samantha Niederhauser, English Subject Lead, International School of Zug and Luzern (ISZL)
Samantha is English Subject Lead at the International School of Zug and Luzern, where she specializes in curriculum development and concept-based learning. Originally from London, Sam has taught in the UK, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Switzerland. As a language educator, Samantha brings insights into how AI language models are impacting literacy instruction, writing pedagogy, and language development.
Stella Vavassori, Student at International School of Zug and Luzern (ISZL)
Stella is a student at the International School of Zug and Luzern who recently completed her first year of the 2-year International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Her interest in AI stems from a computer science for girls workshop that she attended at ETH as well as from other programming courses. Additionally, she has been expanding her knowledge on programming and AI through her participation in her IB computer science class. She is currently a student leader for the Youth Forum Switzerland 2026, one of Switzerland’s leading youth events. In previous YFS events she has organised an impact lab on girls' empowerment in robotics and moderated a panel on the circular economy, reflecting her interest in development economics.
Shruti Goteti, Student at Cornell University and Graduated from the International School of Zug and Luzern (ISZL)
Shruti is 17 years old and recently graduated from the International School of Zug and Luzern. Her interest in computer science began in 8th grade, eventually leading her to publish a paper on machine learning in stroke diagnosis in the Journal of High School Science and conduct cybersecurity research at ETH Zurich under the guidance of a professor. In high school, she also began advocating for equal opportunities for women by organizing a panel called “Breaking the Glass Ceiling” at the Youth Forum of Switzerland and developed a women’s mentoring app called Herizon, which promotes job opportunities, mentorship, and networking among women. Shruti plans to continue growing her startup, Herizon, as she majors in Computer Science and Business at Cornell University.
