Women in Digital Switzerland presents Work in Tech, a workplace IT skills programme in Partnership with INCO. We are providing free access the Coursera IT courses, which can be taken across a 6 month period. Our Mission is to boost equality in future-driven industries and empower learners who face barriers to employment by distributing completely free professional certification and launchpad to an IT career.

Learn how to manage projects using traditional and agile methods, create project documentation, and develop strategic communication skills.

This course covers a wide variety of IT security concepts, tools, and best practices. It introduces threats and attacks and the many ways they can show up.

Learn UX foundations and gain experience with the design process, including how to build wireframes and prototypes and conduct user research to test your designs.

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce
Learn to manage digital marketing campaigns, attract and engage customers, and measure performance through analytics.

IT Support
Learn the foundations of networking and operating systems, providing end-to-end customer support, and how to solve problems using code.

IT Automation with Python
Learn how to program with Python and how to use Python to automate common system administration tasks. You'll also learn to use Git and GitHub, troubleshoot and debug complex problems.

Data Analytics
Learn how to process and analyze data, use key analysis tools, apply R programming, and create visualizations that can inform key business decisions.

Learning commitment of 10 hours a week until 31st January 2023 (you will complete a fast track pathway).

Open to women based in Switzerland and the wider DACH region (Germany, Austria)
