Her track record includes change management, Finance transformation and Integration of acquisitions.

Janine excels in leadership, stakeholder management, lean Finance operations & transformations in a complex environment, and demonstrating resilience.

Monika is all about finance. She provides hands-on support and acts as a Board Member, Advisor & Interim CFO and provides hand-on support in all aspects of strategic and operational financial management. She bridges vacancies, enables (digital) transformations and masters critical financial and staff situations.

She is driven by the will that companies keep their financial freedom, convinced that solutions can be created and that people can grow in their roles. In previous roles Monika acted as CFO and member of the Executive Board of industrial conglomerates and major real estate companies.

She lead teams across borders and managed restructurings, M&A transactions, implementation of ERP and risk management systems. Her first professional skills she gained as auditor with PwC and EY. Monika actively advocates for equal representation of and equal pay for women in public, as mentor and as member of BPW (Business and Professional Women).
