About the event

Let’s celebrate the beginning of summer together with a networking night at the BØWIE Gallery, Geneva’s first queer & feminist art gallery. We are very happy to be bringing together the Girls In Tech Switzerland and Women in Digital Switzerland communities for this special event! There will be drinks, nice conversations and most importantly the opportunity to meet like-minded women in tech and digital.

As a strong supporter of diversity & inclusion, we are very happy to be hosting our summer drinks at the BØWIE Gallery in the heart of Geneva, at Galerie Tonon to promote the inclusion of diversity, raise awareness on gender and LGBTIQ+ themes, and delight collectors.

This event is for you if...

...you are an existing member or interested in becoming a member of Girls in Tech Switzerland or Women in Digital Switzerland and are eager to meet people of the community.

...you are curious to learn more about the communities, what their mission is, what they do to make the digital and/or tech industry more diverse, and meet the people behind it. ...you are excited and passionate about diversity, inclusion, and equity, and you are looking to become actively involved in bridging the gender gap in digital and/or tech.

...you are interested in transitioning your career into the digital and/or tech industry and want to learn from people first-hand what is awaiting you in this exciting industry. This event is open to all genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds. We encourage especially men to join the event if any of the above applies to you.

About BØWIE

The BØWIE collective showcases queer and feminist projects to raise awareness, to fight stereotypes, and most importantly to inspire action. Their goal is to increase the number of queer and feminist creators in Europe and beyond. They provide an accessible support system for all queer and feminist creators out there, courageous enough to raise their voice and bring about change in their communities. Additionally, they act as a connector for the queer and feminist community, across geographies, topics, sectors and identities.‍
