Speakers

Angelique Zessin, Organizational Psychologist

My vision is a future of work that is sustainable for people, society and our planet. As a psychologist I am contributing to this future by supporting organizations on their way towards modern leadership, new work and healthy performance.

On my professional journey so far I was fortunate to:

… empower employees and managers of big international organizations in their digital transformation as a change manager

… transform the experience of more than 400 employees along their journey through the organization as employee experience lead

… develop roadmaps for their culture transformation with C-level executives as a consultant for leadership and culture

The future of work is multifaceted, challenging and holds enormous potential. I am excited for more opportunities to shape it actively.

About Women in Digital Switzerland

Women in Digital Switzerland first appeared on LinkedIn in 2013 and due to the growing success and commitment of its members, the association was founded in 2016 by Taïssa Charlier, Kelly Hungerford and Natacha Gajdoczki and today is led by Karen Bhavnani and her executive team. Local chapter events led by volunteers are currently organized in Geneva, Lausanne, Basel, Zurich, Ticino and St Gallen. And we are asked this quite often! - yes, men are welcome to join our meetups and initiatives too!

WDS is a community of women working in digital. Our monthly meetings “for the community and organized by the community” are a chance for like-minded, driven women to come together to learn, share and discuss the latest digital trends and topics such as: digital transformation, future of work, skills & professional development and more.

The purpose of Women in Digital Switzerland is to build a community and to encourage thought leadership, networking, and sharing of best practices through discussion and presentations. We often collaborate with other like-minded associations and organizations, so feel free to reach out to us.
