About the event

Inclusive Marketing with Sandrine Desmares-Vaury

Sandrine Desmares-Vaury is a recognised expert in inclusive marketing and will explain the benefits of reflecting all consumer groups in advertising and how to embed true representation across the entire marketing process. Inclusive marketing is marketing that considers diversity in all forms. This includes age, appearance, ethnicity, and gender identity. As well as language, socio-economic status, religion/spirituality, and physical/mental ability. It’s about recognizing that your audience is made up of different groups of people. It’s also creating marketing campaigns that will resonate with all people from all backgrounds and walks of life. Inclusive marketing also recognizes that every person has multiple identities. It reflects real people in the real world.

After the talk, Networking will follow, where you will have an opportunity to meet other participants and to sample soups by Simply Souperlicious.

This event is sponsored by our partners Liip Digital Progress, who are providing the venue and Simply Souperlicious.

About Sandrine Desmares-Vaury, Global Media Senior Manager - Haleon

Sanderine has long been committed to promoting diversity, fostering equal environments and overcoming barriers faced by women and other minorities. To best contribute to the topic of Diversity, she has engaged herself personally and professionally including becoming a Google-certified #IamRemarkable facilitator to break unconscious bias and encourage self-promotion.

At Haleon, she is driving sustainable media with the ambition of helping millions of people to become more included in opportunities for better everyday health. Conductor nominated her as an Honoree Woman in Search for the second year as a female change leader who has influenced the Search Marketing industry.

She is an expert in digital marketing with over 20 years’ experience both in agencies and industry. Passionate about foreign languages and encountering new cultures, she has lived in three countries and I was a Games Maker at the London 2012 Olympics looking after the Colombian delegation.

About Simply Souperlicious

Carolyn Moncel and Sara Barradas are two professional women, working in Digital Marketing and Change Management, sharing a passion for cooking. Simply Souperlicious produces fresh, tasty, homemade soups out of local, seasonal vegetables. Pre-ordered online by subscription with offerings changing each week, soups are delivered to the “office” via thermos/warming kettles. Being the “Subway” of soups, our secret sauce allows customers get to “personalize” their own soups while enjoying our family broth recipe as the base. The result? To turn veggie “haters” into veggie “lovers” – one soup at a time.
