Veroninek Vermeulen, Founder & CEO, Silatha
Silatha’s founder Veroniek Vermeulen is an engineer by education and has over 17+ years in global marketing (with a 2B$ responsibility) and is a ICF Certified Coach & Meditation teacher. She is mentioned in many world-renowned magazines. Received 13 awards during her career and recently was rewarded Influential Leader Award by BrainzMagazine, next to stars like Jessica Alba, Jay Shetty, Oprah Winfrey and Whitney Wolfe Herd.
She has spent the last 10 years immersing into the world of meditation and coaching, having spent months in retreats and monasteries in Nepal, Myanmar, Vietnam and Japan. She is the creator of ‘Anchor Meditation’, a proven method to build a lasting meditation habit, used in the Silatha meditations.
She is strongly passionate to change the current male-led society and move towards one where men and women are treated equally, and both can live a fulfilled life while being true to their differences. She’s very knowledgeable in the field of women’s mental struggles like miscarriage, combining motherhood with a career, menopause and more. Moreover, she has been a thought leader in these fields and created a network of experts she works with closely.
Ingeborg Gasser-Kriss, Co-Director Founder Institute Switzerland
Ingeborg Gasser-Kriss, born in 1968, has been a member of the SV Group's Board of Directors since April 2019. She is a co-director at the Founder Institute Switzerland, the Swiss branch of the world's largest pre-seed startup accelerator, where you accompany startup companies from the idea to the foundation. As a mentor and advisor, she is at the side of the founders in the Foodtech and Biotech division. She has been an independent board of directors since December 2020 at the undertaking for the protein -rich microalge Golden Chlorella. Since 2019 she has also been the owner of the Innovation Consulting Agent21 that advises companies in the field of innovation and growth strategy. Previously, Ingeborg Gasser-Kriss held different functions at Mondelēz International, most recently as Vice President Global Innovation. In this role, she developed and implemented a future -oriented innovation model. She started her career at Kraft Foods Austria (today Mondelēz International) in marketing. Later she directed the food marketing of various product categories in Germany and Austria before she was appointed to Switzerland and the Innovation division, where she was a global portfolio of projects and initiatives. Ingeborg Gasser-Kriss has a master in English and linguistics from the Leopold-Franzens University Innsbruck and has trained in the area of corporate governance.
