The core motivation behind the concept of "DIGITAL INCLUSION" is straightforward, and we believe you are already well-acquainted with it:Â
The landscape of work is undergoing rapid and transformative changes driven by the forces of Digital Transformation. As some job roles become obsolete, new avenues are opening up, placing fresh demands on skills and competencies. The challenge of attracting, nurturing, and retaining a diverse and skilled workforce is a shared concern among employers in Ticino today. Â Â
At the heart of the DIGITAL INCLUSION event, we intend to delve into these transformative shifts, both in the workplace and within society at large. We aim to explore the numerous opportunities these changes present to all stakeholders. Our ultimate goal is to bolster Ticino's appeal as not only a place to work but also as a vibrant location to live and thrive. Our particular emphasis will be on cultivating a diverse talent pool. Your involvement and sponsorship would significantly contribute to the success of DIGITAL INCLUSION. It would enable us to create a platform for insightful discussions, knowledge sharing, and innovative solutions that can drive positive change in our community.
