Nídia Fernandes, EA Digital Global Merchandising Director (she/her/hers)

Nídia leads the Digital Merchandising team at Electronic Arts, being at the forefront of the digital transition for the last 6 years.With a 12+ years career at EA, Nídia has advanced through multiple areas of the business within project lifecycle management, thanks to a deep cross-functional knowledge, passion for empowering people and teams, always challenging the status quo.During her career she has broken many barriers on a traditionally male-led industry, actively contributing to build more inclusive and diverse teams through her work within Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and mentoring underrepresented talent.
