About Michelle

Michelle Guiliano is a Coach, Community Leader, Entrepreneur, Strategic Consultant, and a TEDx Speaker. She is the Co-Founder of Salt Consulting & Communications and the Co-Creator of The Integrity System™ & Integrity Works™ to promote Self-Coaching as a practice. Together with her business partner, Denise Nickerson, Michelle Co-Founded Women Rock Switzerland, with over 12K members from 85+ countries to help end the isolation of women in Switzerland and to promote women's economic empowerment. "Inspired Journeys" a collaborative anthology featuring 31 authors and over 100 women from WRS became an Amazon Bestseller in 2022 for which Michelle was a founding editor and contributor. Michelle is a former top ranked Executive Search Consultant and former collegiate rower and Ivy League coach who uses skills acquired from endurance sports to inform her talks and workshops. About Gustavo

Gustavo Arellano is a Chemical Engineer with an MBA from Venezuela, who has extensive commercial experience in marketing outside of the sports industry. He completed a Master's Degree in Sports Administration and Technology in Switzerland in 2015. He successfully built the FIBA Market Intelligence and Research Program, supported the implementation of a new competition system for National Federation teams worldwide, and managed the global sponsorship program for the FIBA China Basketball World Cup 2019. Currently, he is responsible for the commercial development of the FIBA family with a focus on the sustainable growth of basketball around the world. Recently, he work to establish partnerships with Twitch, Synergy Sports, and ESL Facit Group (EFG) for the development of eFIBA. He also founded a sports thinking group in Lausanne and works as an ad honorem commercial advisor for Special Olympics.

About Bettina

Bettina is a strategic communications expert with over 20 years of experience in corporate settings. She is passionate about creating connections with and for people to unlock creativity and engaged action. In her professional life, she engages the power of communications at all levels to deliver positive business outcomes and shaping collaborative team culture where people feel safe and supported in their work.     Bettina is a founding member of the Women’s Employee Resource Group for EA in Geneva and is currently acting co-chair of the European board. In this role, she strives to unleash the energy of local communities by ensuring seamless access to resources, information and regional and global communities.     Bettina is a dual German / Swiss national and has lived, studied and worked across Europe and the US.

About Nadia

Nadia Mojahed, a Geneva-based International Digital SEO Consultant, specializes in assisting local and international brands grow their online organic lead generation and sales. With over 15 years of experience in the digital marketing field, she established her boutique SEO agency, seotransformer.com, in 2018. Her agency provides a range of services, including strategic, technical, and content SEO. Nadia also assists in the management of multilingual websites, and offers hands-on support, in-house SEO training, and workshops to her clients.
