Doris will lead us through an interactive experience, through a selection of exercises of the Capital Jeuness Method.

Doris is a Certified Face Yoga Teacher, a Chakra Healing technician, and holds certifications in cosmetology, applied nutrition and culinary science, as well as a Professional Project Management (PMP).
