I'm Adi and I have been a WDS volunteer since 2020 and VP Digital Transformation since 2021.

At Holcim MAQER I am leading the Change Management and Digital Skill Building efforts to lead our business into accelerated technology adoption and new ways of operating.

I am a part-time working woman, with three children and I have been growing within the same company for over 21 years and I would like to give back to other women to make sure we can all speak about growing careers whilst growing families!
