Yvonne has significant experience and success in business operations in the advertising industry, with a focus on spearheading start-ups from the ground up, defining company cultures, systematically developing and launching Inter-office programs, strategic planning and business services. Yvonne has played a key role in company acquisitions as well as divestitures and subsequent creation and expansion of new divisions.
As vice president of operations and company culture and as part of the executive leadership team, Yvonne has a proven track record and is recognized for spearheading the successful company culture for Contend, an international advertising agency.

Yvonne is also the co-founder of NewLens Media, a production company.

Raised in Los Angeles, Yvonne is half Swiss and half Puerto Rican, has two sons and loves to Travel. She is passionate about helping start-ups succeed.
